How it works
Besides the innovative Bluetooth smart technology and X-Range power technology, the DISTO™ D2 is very impressive in practice both due to its wide and extensive range of features and its pleasantly simple and intuitive operation. The integrated functions such as addition and subtraction, tracing, area or volume calculations, as well as indirect sectioning – such as section measurement by means of the Pythagoras function make every measurement task child’s play. In the process, the last 10 measurements are automatically saved in the Disto™ D2.
With respect to its features, the DISTO™ D2 equipment scores points for its timer function, automatic shut-off and, last but not least, its tripod socket. The robust device is suitable for use in rough conditions on building sites and is dust- and splash-proof according to IP54. Furthermore, the large 3 line display lights up and makes measuring in dark rooms or dim daylight easy too.
