New BD26 distance meter – finally available!

BD26

“Super precise and super easy to handle!” is the – highly valued – verdict of those architects and planners who were already able to get their hands on our new laser distance meter over the past few weeks and test them on a trial basis. The compact measuring device is now finally available and will also ensure a huge reduction in work load for the construction experts who order the BD26 with 90° tilt sensor for laser distance measurements now.

The professional BD26 laser distance meter also allows an indirect measurement of distances, heights and part heights with its integrated 90° tilt sensor. Thanks to this function you will be able to measure a large hall up to 120 metres in length, a storage room or an entire staircase even when direct measurement paths are blocked by obstacles. With a simple touch of a button you can measure every nook and cranny quickly and easily. Furthermore, the BD26 is equipped with an extensive range of functions which reduce complicated calculations. You are able to detect distances, areas and volumes quickly and precisely with the 3-point Pythagoras functions. Ideal, for instance, for optimally calculating the requirements for working material, such as wall paint, parquet or tiles.

This is how it works

Our new laser distance meter is always very simple to use thanks to its operator guidance – as already stressed by the construction experts at the beginning! The laser distance meter remains easy and intuitive to operate despite its multitude of functions as each task and adjustment is assigned an individual button. The integrated electric spirit level, the timer function, an automatic switchoff and last but not least, a tripod socket, complement the extensive range of features. The robust device is also suitable for use in rough conditions on building sites as it is dust- and splash-proof as per IP54. The large multi-line display of the device designed for indoor usage has selectable illumination which also allows you to take measurements in dark surroundings or dim daylight.

Four out of the many advantages, that I particularly like:

  • The integrated 90° tilt sensor
  • The measuring range of 0.05 to 120 m
  • The indirect distance and height as well as part height calculation thanks to the 3-point Pythagoras functions
  • The precise measuring of distances, areas and volumes in a matter of seconds
