Boels and Trotec together in the air conditioning business

Boels Rental, the company with the conspicuous orange company sign wants to provide a professional service to the customers. Thus, a business relationship with Trotec was established about half a year ago. Lately Boels enlarged their rental park with 1000, over many years tested and robust machines of the Trotec professional series like the dehumidifiers TTK 1500, TTK 800, TTK 400 and the axial fans TTV 4500. “Since the end of March we have been delivering the machines and fans to more than 200 branch offices. Probably in May the last machines will be delivered”, Rainer Rausch explains, member of the Trotec management, “But that is only one important milestone for the future cooperation because we want to exchange our technical know-how with each other to get noticed as a professional team in the air conditioning business all over Europe.”

Professional service for the customers
Even though Boels and Trotec want to learn from each other to develop the climate control business sector the customers are still in the focus of the relationship. As Rainer Rausch explains the knowledge transfer between both companies is not only important but even necessary to meet the customers’ needs all over Europe. The shared competence and all the things which can be moved through the cooperation are to primarily help and support the customers.

An effective cooperation
In nine European countries (the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and Slovakia) Boels has overall 300 branch offices where the most modern machines and tools are rented out. Especially in Germany, where Boels at the moment has 130 branch offices, the company wants to grow and improve the service as well. Trotec can help Boels by realizing that plan and deliver more machines for the expansion. But also as a professional supplier with decades of experience in the area of air conditioning Trotec wants to provide advice and assistance. On this basis, both companies expect synergies. Because, as Rainer Rausch says, “that is just the beginning of a long-standing cooperation. We want to develop and professionalise the business constantly”.
