NEW Deep well pumps TDP 5500 E and TDP 7500 E – how you can effectively pump your own non-potable water

For most gardeners and homeowners, conscientious use of the valuable resource ‘water’ has always been a matter of course. Nevertheless, many people still use elaborately purified and treated drinking water for their washing machine, to water their gardens and flush their toilets. This is bad for the environment and your pocketbook – while your local water utility are rubbing their hands with glee. And yet the solution is so obvious: Simply pump your own well water!

Even pumped water saves money in the long run, and the space required for your own well isn’t big. Depending on the intensity of use, the costs incurred by your own well in your garden will pay for themselves after just a few years. If this is not already at hand, specialised well builders will help you to plan and construct your garden well, and we will provide you with the correspondingly reliable deep well pumps. By investing in one of our new deep well pumps, the TDP 5500 E or TDP 7500 E, you make yourself independent of future price increases and utilise your freely available non-potable and ground water for your own needs.

How it works

Both deep well pumps TDP 5500 E and TDP 7500 E are optimally equipped to pump clear water from wells, shafts and other alternative sources of water that boast great depths. However, even if the deep well pumps may look similar, they have differentiated performance characteristics for immersion depth, delivery head and flow rate, depending on the different requirements:

  • the TDP 5500 E boasts a powerful maximum pressure of 5.8 bar, a maximum head of 58 metres and an immersion depth of up to 20 metres. With 550 watts, it can pump up to 6,000 litres of industrial water per hour.
  • The TDP 7500 E is equipped with a very high pressure capacity of maximum 9.3 bar, a maximum head of 93 metres and an immersion depth of up to 20 metres. With 750 watts, it delivers up to 4,800 litres of clear water per hour.

In both deep well pumps, a robust stainless steel housing protects the maintenance-free and TÜV-tested copper motor. High-quality workmanship guarantees smooth and long-lasting operation of the pump in permanent underwater use. Designed for year-round operation, the pumps are equipped with a stainless steel dirt strainer to protect against contamination of particle sizes greater than 0.2 mm, a non-return valve with backflow stop, and a thermal-protection circuit.

The 20 metre long underwater cable provides a convenient power supply to the pump, and the external switch box with on/off switch can be operated comfortably and safely away from the installation site. In order to easily lower the pump into the water to be pumped, the pump housing is also equipped with two practical suspension eyes for a rope on the top.

Four of many advantages I particularly like:

  • the perfect non-potable water supply for house and garden
  • the pump housing made of stainless steel
  • the robust pressure connection with brass insert
  • the extreme longevity from its stainless steel housing and copper motor
