The PAE 51 cools, ventilates, refreshes and humidifies the air in a completely natural way. This is because the air cooler lowers the temperature of the room air not with chemical refrigerants, but with natural evaporative cooling, the so-called honeycomb technology. With this cooling method, you only need to fill the unit’s 20-litre water tank. The integrated evaporation filter with a honeycomb structure humidifies the absorbed air and blows it back out as cold air via the fan. With an evaporation rate of 2 litres per hour, you can easily get through the day with one filling – and it keeps rooms up to 60 m2 refreshingly cool.
And best of all: Not only in autumn and winter can you use the humidification function of the PAE 51 to optimally humidify the often too dry room air: This prevents the mucous membranes in the nose, mouth and throat from drying out. In addition, from an air humidity level of 50 %, the spread of viruses – including the corona virus! – and bacteria in the room air is reduced. This is because infected persons coughing and distributing fine droplets together with influenza or cold viruses in the air causes the air in the room to dry out, which preserves the pathogens and keeps them infectious for longer. However, in the optimum range of 40 to 60 % relative humidity, the droplets shrink only so much that their salt concentration increases – and the germs and microorganisms are killed. How it works
With the 4-in-1 Aircooler PAE 51 you decide how intensively and purposefully the cool air should be distributed in the room. The unit has 4 ventilation levels, manually adjustable ventilation flaps as well as an optionally switchable swing function for automatic distribution of the cold air in the room. If you feel like a cool breeze, the natural wind mode provides an additional kick of freshness. The increasing and decreasing ventilation intensity feels like a natural breeze and is just as refreshing. It can be activated at the touch of a button whenever you want a boost in freshness.
The super-silent night mode and the timer function that automatically switches off the Air cooler after a freely selectable period of time ensure a good, restful sleep. All settings are made either via the LED-illuminated control panel on the device or via the infrared remote control provided.
