NEW bracket and nail staples in professional galvanised steel wire 5,000 piece sets

Lots of jobs for hobbies, housework and trade can be made less complicated by using staples. Whether for fixing papers, materials, upholstery, wire mesh fences, roofing felt, wooden panels ledges or cabinet backs – there are countless ways they can be used. For these very jobs there are now both the bracket staple sets and the nail staple set from Trotec – each made from robust galvanised steel and in a large 5,000 piece pack. And best of all: The brackets and nails are compatible with all current stapler models …

Whichever projects you’ve always wanted to tackle – with our 5,000 piece bracket and nail sets, you’ve already stocked up for good value thanks to Trotec. Our bracket and nail staples are naturally a perfect fit for the array of standard models of handheld, electric, compressed air or hammer staplers – and also ideally complement the practical battery-powered PTNS 10‑3.6V stapler from Trotec.

The type 53’s fine-wire brackets are 11.4 mm wide and have two different side lengths of 6 mm and 8 mm respectively. The type 47 fine-head nail staples are 10 mm long. Brackets and nails are made of a robust and additionally galvanised steel, which guarantees the highest stability and rust protection.

How it works

Whether you should work with bracket staples or nail staples depends on what kind of project you’d like to complete. Still, you should always work with high quality materials – such as the bracket and nail staples from Trotec – for a good result. Our use recommendations:

If a bracket staple with a side length of 6 mm or 8 mm should be used depends on the thickness of the staple and fixing material. For a secure grip, at least 2/3 of the side length should penetrate the fixing material. If you’re fixing solid wood onto solid wood, the bracket should be completely sunk in, if possible. The material lying above should be particularly securely fixed to the base by the double fixing and the 11.4 mm wide backs. With a clean construction and viewed with a bit of distance, the visual appearance of the stapled brackets is like that of a fine nail.

A particularly small nail head is used for nail staples. Because of this, the inserted steel nail is no longer visible in the material and is ideally suited to subtle fitting of trimmings and skirting boards, for example. Panels or textiles which are fixed with fine nails also show hardly any fixing marks.

Four of many advantages that I particularly like:

  • the respective 5,000 piece economy pack
  • the high value fine-wire steel
  • the corrosion resistance thanks to the galvanisation
  • the long-lasting or temporary fixing
