Even cutting work and the removal of rust spots are a breeze with the high-speed drive shaft. With the pre-mounted grinding disc (120 grit), you can effortlessly sharpen practically any tool that’s become dull and then polish it to a high shine on the polishing disc (400 grit), which also comes pre-mounted. All this comes under one condition: You should ensure that the machine has a secure stand that minimizes vibration as much as possible – then you can polish, grind, sharpen, deburr and derust, engrave, cut and mill to your heart’s content…
Here’s how it works
The PBGS 10-120 Bench grinder ensures that work is always carried out safely without flying sparks thanks to disc guards closed at the sides and two swivelling safety screens in front of the grinding and polishing discs. Using the knurled screws on the side, you can conveniently adjust the workpiece supports to whatever height your workpiece needs. Four rubber feet are integrated into the solid base of the device to make for a non-slip and low-vibration stand. A base plate with pre-drilled holes is already attached to the device, thus allowing you to screw the PBGS 10-120 bench grinder to a workbench or work table. You can also fix the bench grinder temporarily to a vice or to a frame to use it as a stand-alone unit. A safe stand with the machine vibrating as little as possible should always be ensured.

With sanding belts you can process different materials such as hard and softwood, metal and fibreglass in the smallest of spaces, for example also to smooth inside and outside rounded corners. The sanding belt is simply attached to the corresponding sanding belt mandrel (included in the set).
10 x grinding heads (corundum/aluminium oxide)
The high-quality grinding attachments made of corundum or aluminium oxide offer high resistance to hard material. They are ideal for grinding, sharpening, smoothing and deburring stone, ceramics or various metals.
