The electronic pressure switch TDP\u00a0DSA<\/strong><\/a> monitors both water pressure and the flow rate in the water pipe. If you take water from the consumer, the pressure in the line drops and a flow is registered by the pressure switch. This automatically switches on the connected pump. If you turn the consumer back on, the water pressure in the pipe rises and the flow stops. The pump is then automatically switched off again by the pressure switch. This protects the pump and extends its service life.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how it works<\/h3>\n

The electronic pressure switch TDP\u00a0DSA<\/strong><\/a> fits almost all common pump systems that do not have their own pressure switch. The TDP\u00a0DSA<\/strong><\/a> is connected simply, practically and reliably via Plug & Play in two steps:<\/p>\n

  1. You connect the mains plug of your pump to the 230V mains socket integrated in the pressure switch.<\/li>\n
  2. And you connect the mains plug of the pressure switch to your house socket. Done!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Now the\u00a0water pump\u00a0is automatically supplied with power and regulated maintenance-free every time you open and close the consumer. The pressure switch ensures constant water pressure in the connected pipe system for garden irrigation or domestic water supply and also protects the connected pump from damage due to dry-running, knockback effects and overheating, thus extending its effective service life.<\/p>\n

    The pressure switch is designed for a working pressure in the conveyor system of up to 10\u00a0bar, which can be read on the integrated pressure gauge. The robust plastic housing is protected against water jets and dust from all sides in accordance with protection class IP65. The two inlet and outlet openings on the pressure switch are equipped with 1″ external threads and thus fit perfectly to common pump, hose or pipe connections.<\/p>\n
