How it works<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In contrast to direct heaters, the heat generated by the IRO 15 is not given off directly to the air<\/a>.\u00a0 Instead, the heat is used to heat up a radiant panel, which then gives off the IR radiant heat. Using short infrared waves, the infrared oil heating device thus delivers effective heat without circulating air, immediately where you need it. And like warm sunshine, the infrared radiation heats the radiated bodies and objects directly and without thermal loss: Only that which is radiated is also heated. The air in between has no influence.<\/p>\n

Using the integrated thermostat, the setpoint temperature on the IRO 15 is set as a numerical value via the LED display. Even when set to the maximum output level, the large tank of the infrared oil heating device ensures uninterrupted heating that lasts more than five hours and can then be conveniently refilled. What\u2019s more, the device is fitted with an easy to read tank level indicator. The external fuel filter allows easy access for cleaning purposes or replacing. By the way, like other direct oil heaters, the IRO 15 can be fired with diesel<\/a>, which is often cheaper than gas or electricity.
